This "great location" near the Jersey shore and "right off the Garden State Parkway" pleases frugal folks who find generally "clean" and "decent" rooms; but more discriminating types concede it's "a bit antiquated" with "worn" mattresses and "protruding" springs, a heating/cooling system that "needs work", an "unpleasant smell" of "smoke" (or something else) and a restaurant that leaves picky palates cold; in sum: fine "for short stays, but not long ones."

The towels they gave me were dirty.
